Research topics

My research work focuses on the modeling and optimization of the manufacturing process of complex shaped parts by high-speed 5-axis machining and additive manufacturing. The objective is to integrate "multiphysical" constraints related to the upstream design process and the machining process in the generation, processing and execution of trajectories in order to improve quality and productivity. The mechanical structures studied are serial structures such as 5-axis milling machine or 6-axis anthropomorphic robot and scanning heads.
  • 5-axis high speed machining tool path computation
  • Automatic polishing
  • Machining simulation with GPU
  • CNC Design
  • Additive Manufacturing
